- Ventalin inhaler/ nebulizer

- Flutter X 20mins twice a day ( breathing exercise device to move mucus)
- Physio chest percussion x 30mins( hard hitting on the lungs to help move mucus)
- Nebulizers
- The Vest x 30mins ( a jacket style machine thats forces air in and out to help move mucus)
- Blood glucose monitor for my diabetes
All above is what I have when Im well.... when unwell I have steriods and secondary antibiotic and often that doesnt help so have the flowing tablets or Intravenious antibiotics;
- Prednisalone (steriods)
- Ciprofloxacilin
- Comoxiclav
- chloriphmenicol
- Ceftazdime ( intraveniously into my vein)
- Trobramycin ( intraveniously into my vein)
Ontop of this 30mins a day of exercise, I usually just put a dance game on the XBOX or go out for a brisk walk in the park.. I plan to do more but finding the time and energy is hard.
I take 60 tablets a day when well and when unwell the amount is overwhelming
